Bookings Registration is confirmed once full payment has been received. Your spot is not held until payment is complete. Each ticket covers one family (primary registrant plus one partner).

Payment An invoice will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of submitting your registration. Payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place. First Year Nutrition accepts bank transfer and card payment as advised on your invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date: full refund will be issued.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop: no cash refund. A 12-month credit will be issued, redeemable against any future Baby First Bites session.

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If you are unable to attend due to your baby or a household member being unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Session Changes If you need to transfer to a different session date, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be made once per booking.

Workshop Cancellation by First Year Nutrition In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by First Year Nutrition, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund.

Photography & Video Photos or short video clips may be taken during the workshop for use on the First Year Nutrition website and social media. Participation in photography is optional. Please indicate your preference on your registration form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly.

Health & Wellbeing If your baby or a household member is unwell on the day of the workshop, we ask that you do not attend. Please contact us before the session and we will arrange a credit or transfer where possible.

Privacy Your personal information is collected for the purpose of workshop administration and communication only. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
